7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

7.2 The failure of Newsroom Nigeria to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
7.3 If any provision of the terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that term shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect; the parties nevertheless agree that the court shall endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision.
